33rd Holiday Challenge

The holidays are upon us, which means schedules are getting busy, food and treats are
aplenty, and stress is on the rise. But don’t worry, we have you covered! Join the Holiday Challenge to keep your workouts consistent. Make it through the holiday season healthier than ever and you’ll earn a prize for all your hard work.

Goal: Feel great throughout the holiday season by maintaining or losing weight.
Manage holiday stress and excess by exercising at least 150 minutes per week to
maintain weight, or 300 minutes per week if you’re aiming for weight loss.

How to participate:
1. Register for the challenge online through the My Wellness portal or through the
Courtesy Desk by Saturday, November 30.

2. Complete an optional pre- and post- weigh-in. Stop by the Fitness Desk and ask a
Fitness Specialist for assistance.

3. Once registered, create a log sheet for yourself in the Holiday Challenge Log Book.
There will be log books at the Fitness and Courtesy Desks. When creating your log sheet, make sure to provide your shirt size for your prize. If you are traveling for the holidays or exercising outside of the facility, feel free to take the log sheet with you, or print out a copy linked below.

4. Complete an average of at least 150 minutes of exercise each week and track your
progress on your log sheet.

5. Participants who complete the challenge will receive a t-shirt prize!
