Join us for our 31st Holiday Challenge.
The holiday season is creeping up on us, which means schedules are getting busy, and stress is on the rise. The goal of the Holiday Challenge is to help keep your workouts consistent, and not let festivities get in the way of your physical and mental health. This challenge will provide you with healthy eating tips and tools to manage your well-being.

Goal
Manage holiday stress and excess by exercising at least 150 minutes per week to maintain weight or 300 minutes per week if you are aiming for weight loss. Feel great throughout the holiday season by maintaining or losing weight!


How to Participate:

  • Register for the challenge at the Courtesy Desk or on the My Wellness portal under the Courses/Events Schedule no later than November 19. Please ensure there is a valid email on your membership account to be used throughout the challenge.
  • Complete an optional pre and post weigh-in by stopping by the Fitness Desk.
  • Complete an average of at least 150 minutes of exercise each week and record your activity. Holiday Challenge log sheets for daily or weekly tracking are available at the Fitness Desk. Download a copy of the Holiday Challenge log sheets HERE >>>>>
  • Complete the weekly emailed survey which includes entering your total weekly workout minutes.

Prizes
Participants that complete the challenge will receive a GLC long-sleeved t-shirt!
