MOVE150 Challenge

Welcome to the National Medical Fitness Week MOVE150 Challenge! The American College of Sports Medicine encourages us to be physically active at least 150 minutes per week.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
1) Use a MOVE150 card to track your progress.
2) Complete 150 minutes of activities. Choose a row or column or mix and match activities that add up to at least 150 minutes. Date each box upon completion.
3) Submit your completed MOVE150 card to the Courtesy Desk or email it and you will be entered into a raffle to win one of the prizes listed below. There will be 5 winners!

Personal Training Session
Private Pilates Session
Private Mind/Body Session
Massage or Acupuncture Session
