Focused Fitness

Focused Fitness: Specialty Small Group Fitness Classes
The Focused Fitness program gives you access to our Specialty Small Group Classes to improve your mind, body and spirit. These classes provide more individualized attention than traditional group fitness classes at a very reasonable cost. The classes on this schedule will help you achieve focused results utilizing specialized equipment and our expert instructors. Additionally, classes are limited to no more than 10 participants.  

How to participate:
  1. Purchase a Focused Fitness pass:
    • Galter LifeCenter Members: Get a 10-visit Focused Fitness package for $55 a month. The Focused Fitness 10-pack can be added to any membership account with facility access (Virtual Membership excluded). Each month participants will automatically receive 10 passes when your membership is billed. Unused passes will expire monthly. Stop by or call the Membership Department at 773-878-9936, ext. 7308 to have this added to your account.
    • Focused Fitness drop ins: Members pay $20 per visit and nonmembers pay $30 per visit. Payment is required when making your reservation.
  2. Reserve a spot in the class you would like to attend.
    • Login to MyWellness and locate the class you would like to attend under the Class Schedule (set the category to Focused Fitness for a filtered view).
    • Sign up 72 hours in advance on the MyWellness portal or 48 hours in advance at the Courtesy Desk.
  3. If you make a reservation and are no longer able to attend, you must cancel your reservation at least one hour before the class start time of forfeit one pass. Focused Fitness passes will not be refunded for no shows. Cancellations can be made on the MyWellness portal under “Your Class Schedule” or by calling the Courtesy Desk at 773-878-9936, ext. 5660.
  4. Check in at the Courtesy Desk upon arrival.
  5. Have a great workout!

Please note: The Focused Fitness class schedule will be evaluated regularly. Changes may occur due to increased demand, low participation or instructor availability. We will provide as much advance notice as possible. Instructor substitutions may be made without prior notice.
