Workout of the Week will be returning to the Group Fitness class schedule in January 2023!
Give it a try at any of the special Workout of the Week classes being offered during the Holiday Challenge.

This 30 minute interval training workout will combine strength and cardio for an efficient, challenging workout that can be modified for all levels. Class size is limited to 10 participants.

Can't make these times? Check the Functional Zone East schedule posted at the Fitness Desk to ensure the space is available. Then, ask a Fitness Specialist for the workout and do it on your own.
