Mind/Body Challenge
Take part in Galter LifeCenter’s Mind/Body Challenge for your chance to win prizes and to emphasize total health both physically and psychologically! Here’s how to participate:
1. Register for this FREE member-only challenge. Search under the “Classes/Events Schedule” in the My Wellness portal. The challenge is Sunday, September 17-Saturday, October 14.
2. Pick up a Mind/Body Challenge activity card and mark your progress throughout the challenge. The more activities you complete will increase your chances at winning!
3. Return your card to the Courtesy Desk by Saturday, October 21 to receive a votive candle and be entered into a raffle to win big prizes!
