holiday challenge

Each holiday season Galter LifeCenter helps hundreds of participants survive the holidays. Our annual Holiday Survival Challenge provides incentive, motivation and accountability which all add up to keep you on track and healthy throughout the busy holiday season.

We all know that when the holidays are upon us busy schedules get in the way of our workouts, foods and treats are everywhere and stress levels run high. The Holiday Survival Challenge aims to keep your workouts consistent, give you holiday eating strategies and ways to manage stress. The overall goal of the program is for participants to not let the busyness of the season get in the way of their health and maintain consistent workouts (which can be done anywhere).
