Do the Distance Challenge

Channel your inner triathlete and join the 2023 Do the Distance Challenge! Choose your option and get moving!

CHALLENGE RULES:

Option 1: Do the Distance Individual Challenge! The challenge will be to swim, bike and run a long-distance triathlon within the challenge dates. Distances: 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, 26.2 mile run.

Option 2: Do the Distance Team Challenge! Form a team of 3 with each member completing one leg of the long-distance triathlon (1 swimmer, 1 cyclist, 1 runner).

This is a FREE challenge for Galter LifeCenter members only. The challenge begins Sunday, February 19 and ends March 11. Those that complete the challenge will receive a prize! The individual/team(s) that complete the challenge distance first will receive an additional prize.

Register on the My Wellness portal under “Courses/Event Schedule” no later than Sunday, February 26, then see a Fitness Specialist at the Fitness Desk to begin your individual or team log sheet and tracking your information.
