Yoga for Athletes ∞

Tailored for individuals training for sport/athletic events. It is intended for self care and active recovery to allow you to continue to train hard for your event. Similar to a vinyasa flow, with warming up the body for deep stretching and static poses. Some yoga experience recommended.
