This class is designed with the foundation of yoga as the primary focus. It will go over the principles of yoga including breathing, asanas (poses done to increase strength, flexibility, and body awareness), diaphragmatic breathing, and relaxation techniques. All levels welcome. A great class to get started with your yoga practice.
