Gentle Yoga 


This class offers a therapeutic approach to yoga offering simple poses/stretches and moving at a slower pace. Gentle Yoga focuses on relaxation of the mind and body through easy breath work and restorative poses. The class focuses on postures (asanas) that can be done on the back, belly and in seated positions. All levels welcome.
