Join our motivating and supportive group program for people looking to focus on weight loss. Each week, you’ll meet once for a 45-minute group nutrition class and twice for a 1-hour group workout. All classes will be held in-person at Galter LifeCenter. You’ll be in good hands working with Registered Dietitian, Kate Kinne and Certified Personal Trainers, Jandra Fraire and Jackie Gorospe!  

Over the course of the 12-week program there will be 11 nutrition classes and 24 exercise sessions.
