
Eat-Move-Lose
Join our motivating and supportive group program for people looking to focus on weight loss. Each week, you’ll meet twice for a 1-hour group workout; for 9 of the 12 weeks, you’ll meet for a 1-hour group nutrition class. All classes will be held in-person at Galter LifeCenter. You’ll be in good hands working with Registered Dietitian Kate Kinne and Certified Personal Trainers Jandra Fraire, Jackie Gorospe, Peter Marcy and Nicole Sullivan!
