Aqua Pilates 1
Learn to implement the basic Pilates principles which increase core strength, balance, flexibility and improve postural alignment. The fundamental exercises retrain the body to engage core muscles in all movements. Benefits include abdominal strength, stability and increased range of motion.

 Aqua Pilates 2
This class incorporates dynamic stabilization into the foundational principles of Pilates, using travel, suspended exercises and plyometric training. Benefits include increased metabolism, increased lower body power and flexibility and core strength.

Semi-Private Aqua Pilates

Semi-Private Aqua Pilates is designed to provide a more private and more personal Aqua Pilates experience. In the warm water East Therapy Pool participants will learn slow-motion controlled movements to create greater flexibility and strength. There will also be individualized attention and exercises provided as appropriate to each participant in the Semi-Private AquaPilates classes.
