Aquababies

The award-winning Galter LifeCenter Aquababies program is a parent-child swim class dedicated to educating parents on water safety while acclimating their child to water in a safe setting. Our warm water pools and certified instructors create an ideal environment for introducing first-time swimmers to the water through creative games designed to progressively teach the fundamentals of swimming. Parents will learn the appropriate ways to hold their child in the water while their child develops motor skills related to swimming, such as supported kicking, back floats and jumps.

Curriculum for the Aquababies program include:

Aquababies 1 (6 months-1 year)

  • Scooping
  • Jumping in the water
  • Underwater exploration
  • Kicking on back
