Guests of the facility must show a Photo ID and complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire upon arrival.

Seniors receive an additional 5% discount on selected programs and services Wednesday, May 29 only. Limit one item per service.
This is a nationwide health and fitness event for older adults, always held the last Wednesday in May during Older Americans Month. 2024 will mark the 31st anniversary of the program, and more than 120,000 older adults will participate in events with more than 1,200 locations across the country on the same day.

Suminagashi Printing Workshop
Guest Lecturer: Dawn Butler
An arts in health (AIH) workshop to connect with our creativity, cultivate mindfulness, and explore the benefits of creative expression. We will start with a short mediation and then explore Suminagashi basics. You will go home with a number of prints that can be used for journal or doodling pages, wrapping paper or wall art. Supplies will be provided, but participants can also bring blank white cardstock or other paper!
