16 in 60 Challenge


Get moving and WIN! Take on our FREE members-only 60-day fitness challenge: choose one group exercise format (strength, strength and flexibility, or cardio), complete 16 classes between April 7 through June 8, and earn a prize!

That’s just 2 classes per week—giving you plenty of time to make real progress toward your fitness goals. You can select classes from either the Group Fitness Schedule or, if you pay for the Focused Fitness program, the Focused Fitness Schedule.

How to participate: 
1. Register online through the Courses/Events Schedule in the My Wellness portal.
2. Visit a Fitness Specialist at the Fitness Desk to pick up your punch card. Each time you attend your chosen class format, have the instructor mark your card.

How to achieve results for the 16 in 60 Challenge: 
Current Group Fitness participants attending 3 or more classes a week: 
Chose a format that will help you reach your goals - typically a class format that you do not participate in regularly, or at least have not been doing at least twice a week. Do you need to work on your strength, flexibility or cardio?

Sporadic Group Fitness participants attending 2 or more classes a week: 
This is your opportunity to choose a format and build a habit that will allow you to see results. If you attend the same format at least twice a week, you will more likely be able to see results of all your hard work!

New to working out, or not currently a Group Fitness participant: 
Now is your time to jump into a program that will allow you to make a change to your health and fitness. By participating in this challenge, you will form adherence to regular exercise, see improvements in your fitness levels, and make new friends - it’s always 
better together!
