Ellen Credits GLC Mossa Classes for Helping Drive Her Impressive Health Makeover

“It’s never too late,” says GLC member Ellen, who has lost more than 100 pounds after making key lifestyle changes and joining GLC. She shared her inspiring story.

In February of 2018, I weighted 233 lbs. and couldn't look at myself in the mirror. I worked with some people who had been using Whole 30 as a way of losing weight with really good results. I decided to give it a try and bought the book. In March, after successfully completing a month of Whole 30 I knew I needed to incorporate some sort of exercise routine.

I joined Galter and started to go to the gym, using the treadmill as my only source of exercise. I noticed a class taking place which looked like fun and decided to give it a try. It of course was a Mossa group class and even though I wasn't yet up to the task, I was able to modify it and complete the hour. I loved it and the feeling of being involved with other people who had similar goals in mind. It made me feel empowered and supported. I continued to try all the different Mossa classes offered and became a regular, taking 5-6 classes a week.

Long story short, I now weigh 125 lbs. and feel great. I owe a huge debt of gratitude to the Mossa instructors for their support, instruction and inspiration. I truly believe that without the Mossa program, I would't have achieved the level of success that I have.


At 60 years old I've learned that it's never to late and Mossa made my journey an easier one. I live by Mossa now and recommend it to anyone who will listen. I'm happy to report that I've brought at least two new members to Mossa through Galter LifeCenter membership and my story. I am happy to help inspire anyone reach their goals by sharing my Mossa journey with you.
