Dr. Sagan specializes in Pediatric care and has been practicing medicine for 16 years.  He has been a member of Galter LifeCenter for 2 years and his favorite workouts include swimming and jogging on the track.  If you are new to exercise he recommends starting with anything aerobic.  His philosophy on exercise is that you should choose activities that your are likely to continue doing for a long while during periods when your life gets busier, when it is more of a challenge to participate.
