Welcome to the National Medical Fitness Week MOVE150 Challenge! The American College of Sports Medicine encourages us to be physically active at least 150 minutes per week.

Join the fun by completing your MOVE150 card and check out these special events happening all week>

All nonmember participants receive a FREE one-week membership to Galter LifeCenter during the challenge.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
1) Pick up a Move150 card at the Courtesy Desk or download it here>
2) Complete 150 minutes of activities. Choose a row or column or mix and match activities that add up to at least 150 minutes. Date each box upon completion.
3) Submit your completed Move150 card to the Courtesy Desk by Friday, May 5, 2017 and you will be entered into a raffle to win one of the prizes listed below. There will be 5 winners!

Personal Training Session
Private Yoga or Pilates Session
60-minute Massage
60-minute Acupuncture Session

Participants that join Galter LifeCenter before May 31, 2017 receive waived enrollment.
