GLC Virtual Group Fitness

Workout with your favorite Galter Life Center instructors from the comfort of your home! All classes can be completed at home using little or no fitness equipment. Read Erika's blog, your cupboards are filled with exercise equipment for lots of great suggestions.

Register up to a week in advance on the My Wellness member portal. If you have never logged in to My Wellness use the "Helpful Resources" on our welcome page to get started>>

How to sign up for classes:

Log into My Wellness.
Click on the Class Schedule. It is helpful to filter the Class Schedule by the class date and category. All of the Virtual Group Fitness classes are listed under the Virtual category regardless of class type.
Click on the class you would like to attend and follow prompts to enroll.
Once you enroll in a class it will appear on your dashboard in the Upcoming Classes window.

When it is time to join your virtual class you must:

Log into My Wellness.
Click on the class in the My Upcoming Classes window, or go to My Calendar to display the information needed to join.
Use the “Click to Join” button to join.

Please note the “Click to Join” button will not be displayed until 10 minutes before start time.

Terms and Conditions for Remote Fitness Classes

WARNING: Health-related injuries may result from incorrect or excessive use of these exercises. Use caution and common sense before undertaking an exercise program, particularly if the user has a family history of high blood pressure or heart disease, is over the age of 45, smokes, has high cholesterol, is obese, or has not exercised regularly in the past year. If, at any time while exercising, the user experiences faintness, dizziness, pain, or shortness of breath, he or she must stop immediately. Make sure you have a large enough space in which to exercise safely. Since Galter Life Center has no control over how you use these classes, you agree to release Galter Life Center, its instructors and other staff from any liability for injuries you may incur participating in this activity.
The classes are for your personal use only and may not be recorded.
