Pilates Equipment Class for Men
Come enjoy a beginner Pilates Tower class using equipment in the Galter Life Center Pilates Studio! We will focus on strengthening our arms and legs and improving mobility in our shoulders and hips.
Pilates Mat Class for Men
If you’ve never tried Pilates, or it’s been a while since your last workout, this Pilates mat class for men will focus on building core strength and improving spine mobility. We will work your muscles and improve your flexibility and posture.
Pelvic Health for Men

BoxFit for Men
Get ready to punch, sweat, and have fun in this dynamic, non-sparring boxing class designed for men of all fitness levels - no prior experience needed. From mitt work to ladder drills, this one hour class trains boxing technique and ring conditioning with authentic combinations. Bringing your own equipment is encouraged, however, gloves and mitts are available. Unleash your inner fighter!
