SwimFit is an interval-based swimming workout for anyone who has a basic understanding of swimming and is looking to increase endurance, improve stroke control and build on current abilities. The program is ideal for anyone who is not ready to join Masters Swim, but wants to swim under the guidance of an instructor. This class is part of the Focused Fitness program.
