Do the Distance Challenge
Channel your inner triathlete and join the 2025 Do the Distance Challenge! Choose your option and get moving!
CHALLENGE RULES:
Option 1 - Individual Challenge: Swim, bike and run a long-distance triathlon within the challenge dates.
Option 2 - Team Challenge: Form a team of 3 with each member completing one leg of the long-distance triathlon (1 swimmer, 1 cyclist, 1 runner).
DATES:
February 10 - March 2, 2025
DISTANCES:
Run - 26.2 miles
Swim - 2.4 miles
Bike - 112 miles
This is a FREE challenge for Galter Life Center members only. Those that complete the challenge will receive a prize! The individual/team(s) that complete the challenge distance first will receive an additional prize.
Register for the challenge on the My Wellness portal under “Courses/Event Schedule” no later than Sunday, February 16, then see a Fitness Specialist at the Fitness Desk to begin your individual or team log sheet and tracking your information.
