After a review of your medical/exercise history and fitness evaluation, your trainer will create a tailored exercise program with a focus on proper form and the outcomes you desire. Your trainer will motivate you, educate you and help you maximize your workout time to help you look and feel better!

Galter LifeCenter personal trainers are credentialed through one or more of the leading certification organizations:  ACSM, ACE, NSCA, or NASM.
