Dr. Mizera specializes in Osteopathic Manipulation, Pain Management and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. She has been practicing medicine for 21 years and has been a member of Galter LifeCenter for 5 years. Her favorite workouts include Group Groove, Group Blast and Tracy's yoga classes.  If you are new to exercise she recommends joining the Fundamental Fitness program and if you are a little more active she says to try a class. Her philosophy on exercise is that it should be "FUN" not "WORK."  Try to make it a routine part of your schedule.

"I'm in my mid-60's and also have a congenital condition that affects all my joints. Finding equipment I can use and exercises I can do has always been a challenge, mostly because of issues I have with my hands and wrists. I decided to try working with a personal trainer to get some help figuring out what might work for me.
