Philosophy that drives my work: Your goals are my goals. Using my 30 plus years’ of experience and educational background I craft exercise programs for a wide range of clients, including those with special medical concerns, women’s health issues, and novice to experienced athletes. I blend a variety of exercise modes (weights, bands, balls, water) to enable all ages of clients to gain strength and lean muscle mass, increase cardiovascular endurance, lose weight, recover faster from surgery and injury and boost energy levels.
Professional Focus: Post-rehabilitation includes stroke, joint replacement, frozen shoulder and falls; medical exercise includes other neurological disorders, arthritis, activities of daily living, weakness and imbalances.
