Dr. Mizera specializes in Osteopathic Manipulation, Pain Management and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. She has been practicing medicine for 21 years and has been a member of Galter LifeCenter for 5 years. Her favorite workouts include Group Groove, Group Blast and Tracy's yoga classes. If you are new to exercise she recommends joining the Fundamental Fitness program and if you are a little more active she says to try a class.
