I like to bike along the lakefront, attend comedy shows, watch the Bears lose on Sundays, road trip to national parks, and seeing discounted movies on Tuesdays!

Where have you traveled to?:
12 different countries in Europe and 3 countries in North America. Next stop... Asia?

What is your favorite workout?:
Squats or shoulder press.

Consistency is the driving factor to results. Progress takes time, but if you're consistent you will see the results you strive for!
