Yoga for Relaxation

In yoga for relaxation you will learn breath awareness and mind/body relaxation. Classes may include gentle stretching, restorative poses that utilize props to allow the body to deeply relax and guided imagery.  This class is for everyone - if you cannot lie on the floor you are welcome to sit in a chair for the guided imagery portion of the class.
