Warrior Workout for Men

Men, are you bored with your workout routine or want to incorporate something new and challenging? This NEW men’s small group will challenge both your endurance and strength in an interval-style format which will leave you feeling exhausted as well as energized!  We’ll incorporate explosive strength training, some power lifts, as well as high intensity cardio and core work to maximize your workout. Group size is 3-6 people.
