Total Control® Women’s Fitness Program for Pelvic Health

Childbirth, menopause, illness and aging can cause or aggravate bladder control conditions in women. This program teaches women how to relieve incontinence without surgery or medication by strengthening and training pelvic and abdominal muscles.

Total Control® for Moms
This is a wonderful class geared towards the growing challenges that moms, specifically may encounter. This class is great if you experience any of the following: 

  • Leakage when you sneeze or engage in activities that require you to jump or move quickly
  • Frequent nighttime trips to the bathroom that disrupt the quality of sleep
  • Back pain that has gotten worse over time
  • Weakened core and pelvic floor due to pregnancy

New babies are welcome to join you at class, or if babies are at least 12 weeks, the Galter KidCenter is available for a nominal fee!

Total Control Platinum®
 is designed for those with concerns about getting up and down off the floor.  All exercises are done in the chair or standing.
