To The Point Acupuncture

In To The Point Acupuncture, acupuncture patients are seen in a group setting for the application of needles-only acupuncture treatments. Seeing patients in a communal setting drastically reduces the cost of these services to the patient. Additionally, this service offers an opportunity to infuse social connection into your path to wellness – a component recognized by both Eastern and Western medicine as integral to wellbeing! To learn more and to receive a free acupuncture sample, register for one of our FREE info sessions. Spots are limited – register today!

Some of the conditions that can be treated in To The Point Acupuncture are:

  • Pain
  • Stress
  • Headaches and migraines
  • Inflammation
  • Psychological disorders
  • Gastrointestinal issues
  • Symptoms of cancer treatment
  • Allergies and asthma
  • Infertility
  • Cold and flu symptoms
  • Addiction
  • Sleep disturbances
  • Autoimmune disorders

By inserting fine, disposable needles into specific points along the body’s energy pathways, or “meridians”, your practitioner will regulate the flow of qi, blood and bodily fluids. Acupuncture needles are so thin that patients rarely feel them when they are inserted.

Patients should wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing so that sleeves and pant legs can be rolled up for needle placement. Patients will be asked to remove socks and shoes. Appointments are 45 minutes in length and scheduled every 15 minutes.

Appointments are currently available from 9-11 a.m. on Saturdays in April and May. Appointments are limited so book yours today! To buy and book an appointment, contact Kayla K. at kkulans@SwedishCovenant.org or 773-878-9936, ext. 7342 or Katie O. at KOproglidis@SwedishCovenant.org or 773-878-9936, ext. 6747.
