Healthy Habits Challenge


Building healthy habits is vital to achieving and maintaining health and wellness. Complete as many of the “healthy habits” listed on the activity card as you can. You must complete at least 12 to be eligible for the prize and raffle.

Weekly emails will be sent to all participants. Each email will include a link to a survey to track your progress, as well as other information and tips to keep you motivated throughout the challenge. Be sure to complete the surveys! This is how we will track eligibility for prizes. 

Plus, there are TWO virtual cooking demos hosted by Registered Dietitian Kate Kinne included free to all challenge participants.  

Registration is required. Sign up on the March Courses/Events Schedule on our My Wellness member portal.

Challenge Goal:
Build healthy habits by checking off as many boxes as you can during the challenge using the activity card below.

In addition to building the healthy habits listed on the activity card, we encourage participants to:

  • Achieve at least 150 minutes of cardio exercise per week
  • Achieve 2 strength training workouts per week

Prizes: 
Complete at least 12 healthy habits on the activity card and submit your weekly surveys to win! All finishers will receive a Galter LifeCenter water bottle and get entered into a raffle for a one-on-one session with Registered Dietitian Kate Kinne. There will be 4 raffle winners!

Cooking Demonstration #1

Occurs: Thursday, March 11, 2021 6:00 PM - 6:45 PM

Registered Dietitian Kate Kinne will demonstrate some quick and healthy recipes with everyday ingredients from her kitchen to yours. Each 30-45 minute session will highlight two different recipes for you to add to your repertoire. Please join us via Zoom for this unique opportunity!
