Come to our Fall Fitness Fest and experience samples of various workout formats – maybe you’ll find something new to include in your routine! Blood pressure and body composition testing will be available. Come for one event or stay for several. Everything is FREE; registration is required for some programs.

Join Joe in the Pilates Studio as he explains the Pilates equipment and provides a short sample class. Learn how Pilates is great for the fitness enthusiast, as well as the athlete! Space is limited on the equipment so participants can choose to watch, or take turns trying the exercises if we have a larger group.
