Trying to find that missing puzzle piece as to why you aren’t meeting your fitness goals?  Body Sculpt may be just what you’re looking for!  We will begin by addressing your imbalances and weaknesses, which is a key step in maximizing any workout. We’ll add the essentials needed for a strong core and then work on mastering our own body weight. The class will include learning how to adopt diaphragmatic breathing into everyday activities and will combine HIIT and strength exercises in the later phases of the class. You’ll learn the tools to control your mind and body to work as one and leave the class feeling confident about exercising on your own with correct form and awareness!
