Ski Conditioning

Ski season will be here before you know it! Have you scheduled your ski trip and need to get in shape for the slopes? Or maybe you just want to dust off your skis and take a day trip this winter to get back into it. Either way, this class is for you! We will focus on leg and core strength, cardiovascular endurance for the higher altitude, and some plyometric work to improve your muscle power.
