Philosophy that drives my work: Much of our own well being is in our control. It’s in how we spend our time, what we consume both mentally and physically, what we prioritize and in how we choose to interpret and interact with the world. Finding well being is a very personal and lifelong process. It is an honor to be a part of an environment that offers such a wide variety of practices that facilitate physical and mental well being.

Professional Focus: Any one of Galter LifeCenter's Integrative Therapies and mind/body practices can be a great addition to anyone's health and wellness regimen. They are all very powerful on their own, they also complement each other, and they can enhance the wellness facilitated by a consistent exercise program. It is my focus to educate our members on the benefits of these practices and services and help them find which ones are the right fit for them.

My favorite quote is: “So convenient a thing to be a reasonable creature, since it enables one to find or make a reason for everything one has a mind to do."
– Benjamin Franklin
