Work with your trainer for 13 weeks, learn to use your heart rate monitors and work to earn weekly points
Weekly points are based on achieving smart training goals, weight loss, body composition and Body Age
The team with the most points at the end of the challenge will SPLIT THE PRIZE!

Challenge Fee* = Member $585 / Nonmember $685
To motivate you to join up & train smart, Galter will contribute $50 per participant to a prize bank to be awarded to the winning team! That team will split the bank in the form of GLC gift cards.
* If you already own an FT60, your fee will be for members $385 / nonmembers $485
Details to Deliver
You’ll meet with your trainer once per week for 60 minutes,
Weeks 1, 7 and 13 will be fitness assessments
The other 10 weeks will be group workouts
There are no make-ups for missed sessions
All teams must have 3-4 people

Polar Body Age is a professional assessment that combines your fitness results (endurance, strength, flexibility, body fat) into a single score. This score -- your BodyAge -- represents your current physical capacity and can be compared to your chronological age. Trainers will utilize data from your BodyAge to provide a custom program using your new heart rate monitor to help reach your goals and a chance at winning GLC $$$!
The FT60 Heart Rate Monitor will be your smart training tool. Combined with Cardio Coaching with your trainer, it will set, track and analyze your cardio workouts. It will help you train your body to burn more fat, get fitter, and be faster. The FT60 takes away the guesswork of how much & how hard you need to work each week.
