Nutrition Counseling

This is a private session where you may discuss your personal goals with one of our skilled registered dietitians (RD). You will work with the dietitian to devise an individually tailored eating plan.

One-hour comprehensive session
Dietary screening, assessment and formulation of an eating plan.

30-minute focus session
One dietary issue, for example: cholesterol reduction

Fitmate: Know your Metabolism?

Learn your RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) in one appointment with a GLC registered dietitian. This short test determines how many calories you burn at rest. Add in the activities of daily living and exercise and you now know exactly how many calories you burn each day. Price includes RMR test, disposable mask and results review with a registered dietitian. Total session time is 60 minutes.

Combo services

Individual Nutrifitness
This is a comprehensive weight management program combining personal training, individual nutrition consultation, resting metabolic rate, lab work and a stress test. You will have six sessions with a personal trainer and three sessions with a registered dietitian; you will also have a choice of an extra half-hour session with the dietitian or a half-hour massage.

Well Fit
This wellness package includes three personal training sessions, three nutritional counseling sessions, Resting Metabolic Rate, one-hour massage and your choice of a private one hour yoga or Pilates session, or 30-min watsu session.

Kitchen Crashers
Choose a nutrition topic and have one of our dietitians create a private nutrition class or party for a group of friends, family or other Galter LifeCenter members.
Some party ideas:

Class can be scheduled at your convenience.
We can schedule class at Galter LifeCenter, your home or work place!
