Cycling – Our cycling classes are based on the fundamentals of the precision cycling program. This program incorporates authentic cycling techniques for riders of all levels, put to motivating music. Accelerate fat loss and increase cardiovascular capacity.
Cycling Challenge – Extended cycling time for more cardio training and a focused challenge during each workout.

Group Power – Group Power is your hour of power! This 60-minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. Group Ride – Everyone finishes first in Group Ride! Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. Group Step – Discover new heights with Group Step! Utilizing the step in many positions and heights, this compelling 60-minute cardio program strengthens and shapes the lower body, one step at a time. Energetic music and motivating instructors create this spunky group exercise.
Stability Ball – This class emphasizes general skills on the ball to strengthen, stabilize, and stretch the body. This class will give you a new, fresh way to exercise the body. All levels welcome.
Stability Ball Stretch & Core – This class will focus on core exercises and flexibility. All levels welcome.
Step – An effective aerobic workout utilizing the step. Fun music and moves to keep you going. Beginner – Intermediate.
Stretch – This class will promote improving your body’s range of motion, thus improving flexibility. Beginner – Advanced.
Stretch & Tone – This class will focus on exercises geared to strengthen & stretch the body. Improve your balance, posture, muscle strength and flexibility to inspiring music. All levels welcome.
Zumba – Zumba is a dance/fitness program inspired by Latin and international rhythms that is fun and easy to do. Come join the party! All levels welcome.
Aqua Blast – Add a little challenge with this fun, high-intensity water workout. This class includes explosive cardiovascular conditioning, upper and lower body toning along with some soothing stretches. Similar to our traditional “waterobics” class, but ramped up a bit. Moderate to high intensity without the joint impact.
Aqua Mix – Incorporate all elements of fitness in this one hour water workout. Increase your cardio fitness, improve your strength and develop better balance and flexibility while performing exercises using noodles, buoys or balls for a total exercise experience. All levels welcome.
Aqua Zumba – Add high energy Latin music and movement to the basic water workout and you get Aqua Zumba. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels and requires no swimming or dancing skills. Join the party without the impact!

Chair Fitness (Arthritis Foundation) – A chair exercise class that will improve your range of motion, flexibility, aerobic capacity and endurance.
Chair Zumba – A chair exercise class that will improve your range of motion, aerobic capacity and strength inspired by Latin and international rhythms.

Chair Yoga – A gentle form of yoga utilizing the chair for support. Chair yoga allows for greater flexibility and joint mobility through breath and relaxation techniques. Great for beginners and seniors.
Group Centergy – Refine yourself with Group Centergy. Grow longer and stronger as you explore this 60-minute journey of yoga and Pilates movements. Positive uplifting music, group dynamics and supportive instructors will teach you to center your energy, reduce stress and even smile. Discover Group Centergy.
Nia – Combines movements and concepts from yoga, martial arts and dance to improve your cardio as well as increase body awareness, endurance, flexibility and energy levels. Nia is an exhilarating mind/body dance workout that is designed to invigorate, then relax participants of all fitness levels.
Pilates – This workout focuses on improving strength and flexibility for the whole body without building bulk. The Pilates Method includes over 500 exercises that focus on the muscles of the abdomen, back and buttocks. Beginner and Intermediate mat classes are offered free. For Intermediate classes, prior Pilates experience recommended.
Tai Chi Chih/Chair – This form incorporates 20 tai chi movements that involve meditation and energy work. A great experience for any age. All levels welcome. There is the option of using a chair for part or all of the class.
Tai Chi Chuan – A meditative form of exercise that links the health of the body to a relaxed state of mind. It combines breathing techniques with a series of slow movements that stretch and tone the body. It is easy on the joints, improves balance and posture, reduces falls, lowers blood pressure and improves concentration. All levels welcome.
Yoga – Designed for the student with some prior yoga experience. This class will refine alignment in the asanas and introduce advanced poses and sequenced combinations of poses. Breath control techniques (pranayama) will continue to be developed.
Yoga Intensive – This class is not for beginners; it is a longer and more physically challenging yoga class. Experienced yoga students only.
Yoga-Stretch – Designed for entry-level yoga students with little or no previous experience. This class will introduce the student to the principles of yoga including breathing, asanas (poses done to increase strength, flexibility, and body awareness), diaphragmatic breathing and relaxation techniques. All levels welcome.
AAE – Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program – This program includes a 45-minute water exercise routine geared specifically to those with arthritis. Improve joint flexibility and coordination, reduce muscle weakness and decrease pain and stiffness. Ongoing: join any time. FREE for members and special rates for nonmembers.
