BTS offers a series of group fitness programs that are carefully designed to deliver a simple, fun and effective social exercise experience independent of barriers like gender, age or fitness level. Francie's Feature: Let’s Move in 2012!
WOW what a Saturday Launch this past weekend! Those that were able to participate I hope you enjoyed the launch classes! Starting the morning off was a heart pumping, body grooving, hair whipping Group Groove class with Vannessa and me, then to Group Kick – look out for that Samurai Sword Fight! Band aids will be provided! Actually the only thing the kickers were bleeding was sweat – great class by Sophia and Ericka.
Next up was the premier of the new program Group Core. Ed and Lora – fantabulous job – took a room full of athletes on a 30 minute Hard Core workout. Sure to be a favorite this winter. Then the day ended with an OMG “Ouch My Glutes” workout in Group Step. That was a challenging class not only for the heart but the legs and glutes too, not to mention the awesome energy of Brantley and Keri.

Group Centergy – Grow longer and stronger as you explore this 60-minute journey of yoga and Pilates movements. Positive uplifting music, group dynamics and supportive instructors will teach you to center your energy, reduce stress and even smile. Discover Group Centergy.
Group Active – Activate you life in only one hour! Feeling fitter, stronger and more alive has never been more achievable or more enjoyable! Incorporating all elements of fitness, build your strength and improve your balance and flexibility. All in a supportive group environment, with motivating music and caring instructors. Group Ride – Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. This 60-minute cycling program is geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Motivating music, awesome instructors and an inspiring group environment lets you Ride On!
