RUN/BIKE/SWIM – Join us for our annual Triathlon Training. Whatever your Triathlon goal may be we would love for you to join our team! Our experienced coaching staff will provide programming plus lots of tips, motivation and fun during this 12-week comprehensive training session.
The course includes:
- Weekly training sessions on Saturday mornings
- Core and flexibility training
- Tips, motivation and fun
- If you choose we will finish the session with a race!

Bike, bike helmet and the ability to swim are all required.
Leslie has been employed at GLC since 1994. Her certifications include American College of Sports Medicine Health / Fitness Instructor Certification, Body Training Systems Group Power, BTS Group Ride and BTS Group Step, Precision Cycling, Heartzones Personal Trainer, Cycling Instructor and Metabolic Threshold Certification, Level 1.
