Whitening toothpastes, strips, gels, trays – the list goes on! Dr. Joy Poskozim, DDS, from Joyful Dental Care will discuss a variety of whitening procedures and give tips on choosing the most effective and safe option for you. If you are planning a pregnancy in you near future or in the early stages of pregnancy, this class will be helpful for you. Dr. Kristin Dziadosz-Jones, obstetrician and gynecologist at Swedish Covenant Hospital, will discuss preparing your body for pregnancy, vitamins, weight gain, morning sickness and what to expect from the early stages.

The baby care class is offered in two different formats: a one day marathon class on a weekend (from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.) or a 2-part series on a weekday evening (2 classes from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.).

You will also learn infant CPR/choking during this class. Participants receive a newborn care DVD, a take-home infant CPR manikin and instructional DVD, and more.  Please bring your infant car seat carrier and vehicle manual to class (if taking the 2-part series, bring to class #2).
