This program teaches how to relieve incontinence without surgery or medication by strengthening and training pelvic and abdominal muscles.
Ski season will be here before you know it! In this class we will focus on leg and core strength, cardiovascular endurance for the higher altitude, as well as some plyometric work to improve your muscle power.
The workout will combine strength and cardio for an efficient, challenging workout that can be modified for all levels.
