Sign up today and get in the best shape of your life! Galter LifeCenter boot camps are taught by a strong team of certified instructors that create a motivating and encouraging atmosphere. Workouts are interval based and challenge your physical strength, endurance and stamina. Included in each course is a variety of strength, core and cardio exercises. Begin to create bonds with other members and feel a sense of camaraderie while being physically pushed further than you think you can.
Classes and courses are offered at a variety of times throughout the year. If you don’t see a class time that fits your schedule, create your own boot camp class with a group of six or more of your friends.
